I do not have a email access. How can I register?
How to cater for those would are not on the Internet? Say for example, a friends of mine would like his name in the list but is only
contacted via snail mail address?

Anyone who is not on the internet should nominate a sponsor (a friend who has a email address and who knows how to contact the person). Thus the person who has internet access can register the user on behalf of him/her. The most important thing is the phone number must be listed. The reason that snail mail address is not listed is to protect the privacy of the user. We did consider accepting post box address instead. But if we do that, some people will get confused and write their real address in. Therefore, we do not encourage any snail mail address.
In other words, just specify the email address of a friend during registration. All other details should be of the user.

I've been trying to logon for days and I could not do so. There is an error message saying that I have been barred.

Apologise for the inconvenience that may have cause to you. Let us know your I/P address so that we can unbar you.
When you logon, you will get an error saying you have been barred. There should also be an IP address listed (some numbers). The IP address is also displayed on the bottom left hand side.

why when i want to search my classmate personal e-mail add , i

You can see their location and their phone number (if they are listed). If you want to contact them, then leave a message to them using the "While you were Out" feature. (You can exchange email address if you like).
Previously, we exposed all our email addresses. Then someone stole our email addresses and sold them to the spammers. That is why we protect all our members' email now.
Hope you now understand why we are doing all these extra work for all of us.
